Question:
In the shower/bathtub the hot water barely comes out even with the faucet handle turned wide open and when the cold water valve is open it overwhelms the hot water as if it is not even running. What is the problem?
Answer:
Change the stem/cartridge – it is not allowing water to flow through it.
