Question:
My client has a new Gloworm combi installed in a cupboard. The dividing side wall of the cupboard is a larder unit and it is getting warm. I am going to fit insulation on the boiler side to keep the wall cool but also thought about fitting an extractor fan to take out the warm air in the cupboard, controller by a room stat in the cupboard. Any problems forseen by me putting in the extractor fan?
Answer:
Make sure the fan is rated for exhaust/condensation to avoid it rusting out from the humidity.
