When taking a shower, the water temperature fluctuates really bad. I tried changing out the water heater but it is progressively getting worse. It’s a well
system and we removed the water softener system also.

Try replacing the cartridge in the shower – it is probably blocked with sediment and would cause fluctuations in water temperature.
