Our spout in the bath tub constantly leaks and its becoming worse. When you turn the hot water faucet handle hard to off it stops but then starts dripping again. There is a whistle continuously with this leak. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

It is actually the cartridge in the tub valve that is leaking…have your plumber replace it.
