In the morning, my condo dropped more water from the overhead exterior stucco wall near parking lot two weeks ago. I call more plumber for inspect. Although they open four hole, the pipe is no leak. I want to electronic detect (only 50% can check where is leak) They suggest me to open the wall, but I disagree. I cannot open wall, I am afraid the stucco wall fall down. Electronic detect is help? Which method I know where the water come from?

Electronic leak locaters only work with a pressurized water line. It sounds like your drain is leaking. Can’t the plumber open the drywall inside the house to find the leak? The stucco should be your last resort.
