There is mold coming thru several walls in my condo – we are on a slab foundation. The maintenance said it was the air conditioner upstairs, however, it looks like the waste line is leaking and the mold has been spreading around? How can I fix this?

I would call a water damage company…most of them have experts in mold removal and may even be able to get your homeowners insurance to cover it.
