We have noticed in the last couple of weeks that the hot water pressure thru out the house is half of what the pressure is for the cold water. Could this be a sign that our old hot water heater is on it’s last legs? Over 10 years old.

Yes, it may be full of sediment and causing the aerators/stems to become clogged. Have your local plumber check the pressure/temperature on your water heater.
