Question:

I replaced my hot water heater. Now I have low hot water pressure in the kitchen, a bathroom is the farthest away from the heater and the pressure seems to be fine. What is causing the reduced pressure in the kitchen?

Answer:

Remove the aerator from the kitchen faucet and turn on the faucet – you should have full pressure. If yes, replace the aerator or try cleaning it out and re-install it. If the pressure is still low, the supply lines to the faucet are plugged.
